I agree that Iron Banner should never again be rift, and if they decide to make it rift again, make a brand new set of bounties that are more accomplishable in Rift, for example instead of top overall score earn 15 distance points as a runner or ignite the enemy rift twice. Given the amount of mercy ruling done in Rift i would also change the get 2500 points and win bounty to simply invoke the mercy rule on the enemy team (as it's hard to get to 2500 points before you've mercy ruled the enemy team imo). Clash in Iron Banner wasn't that bad, at least everyone on a team had a chance to get top overall score same as Control. Control encourages a little bit more team play than clash does but it is a marginal difference.
