You should have done this quest when srl was out. Just had to race with TLW equipped and not die on the track. I guess you can wait and see if they ever bring it back. If not only equip TLW when you have heavy or right before the end of a match when you're about to win. The grind is real but worth it.

Yeah I would only get about 3% on each srl race. But did it! I actually wanted a 320 helmet so it was a win-win.
