Hi Cozmo, I was just wondering if it's possible to still get full auto high impact scouts or has the full auto perk been taken off high impact scouts...? I searched on Bungie.net but perk seems to be just on year one scouts. I'd be grateful for any knowledge you can shed on this subject. Thank You.
