This isn't a post that needs a long explanation, but just a few quotes from the bible that prove that extremely rich people can't truly be described as Christian. [b]Luke 18:25:[/b] "For it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich person to enter the kingdom of God.” [b]Luke 12:33:[/b] "Sell your possessions, and give to the needy. Provide yourselves with moneybags that do not grow old, with a treasure in the heavens that does not fail, where no thief approaches and no moth destroys." These are the three quotes from the New Testament that ultimately prove that truly devout Christians can't be rich. If you're a religious rich person, then you'd better be giving a lot away to charity, or you're by the laws of your holy book, a hypocrite.
