If I had the $$$ to render a quick clip I would, but a description will do well enough for the mean time.
As you know, at the end of Coastal Highway, you have to ditch your ride and hold off a bunch of Covenant waves until you are extracted. For those looking for an added punch or something a little different to try, you can get the Warthog over the vehicle barriers in the offramp. Normally the game would keep you from driving all the way over it with an invisible barrier of sorts, but it's easy to break through. Note that this may be easier on co-op for several reasons.
1) First, you will need another large vehicle, preferably a Scorpion. Use this vehicle to push one of the many abandoned civilian cars against the barrier so it forms a makeshift ramp. This serves mainly to allow the Scorpion to do its trick.
2) Drive the Warthog up this ramp and as far out as you can. It should be prevented from driving in to the plaza by the invisible 'wall'.
3) Drive the Scorpion up the same 'ramp' and try to push the Warthog. It should be easily nudged beyond this barrier, allowing you to use a Warthog in the final fight.
I haven't tried to bring the tank itself in to the plaza, but I'm sure it could be done somehow. Having an extra hand to help you get the Warthog over the barrier and to man said Warthog is advised. You are then free to drive it around, up the steps and to the 2nd level of the plaza. Having a Gauss Turret handy will make short work of just about everything you fight.

I do it by moving the car to the barrier then riding over it. Once I got all the veicles over (excluding the tanks) I'll make a video soon. [Edited on 12.21.2009 1:44 AM PST]

You can do the same thing with 2 Mongooses. Just line up a Mongoose right next to the barrier parallel to the barrier. Then get another Mongoose and hold down the Power Slide button (LT for Default) and run straight into the first Mongoose as fast as possible. Then it will fall in between of the barrier and the invisible wall. Then just shoot a rocket next to the Goose and it will shoot through the barrier. But Im surprised you can do that with a Warthog, nice find.

hmm...i like this! i should try it! thanks...

You can use another scorpion to push the first one past the barrier in kizingo blvd.

Sounds interesting. I might give this ago later on tomorrow. Thread saved. =)

One time I tried to drive the Scorpion to the Rally Point in Kizingo Boulevard. After using a destroyed Wraith as a ramp to get over the first barriers, I couldn't drive the Scorpion past the final gate, but do you think it's possible to use the same technique you mentioned for this level?

Playing solo you can actually push the tank through the tunnel with a warthog and push the warthog through with another warthog using the car ramp method described. Having all that fire power available (warthog and scorpion)at the end of the final mission is awesome!

Oh, sweet. Scorpion might get torn to shreds after a little bit on Legendary, though. Still won't keep me from trying it tonight.

Naw, I got the scorpian Tank past. You can also get out of the map that way. If you leave the warthog on the Barrier, an Invisible wall come and you can't go back out, But if you walk up to the wall get in the 'Hog you can drive your self onto the Highway, and warthog bounce out of the Map :p
Posted by: MarineGrunt73 Actually now that I think back to it, I think the opening of the offramp is too small for the Scorpion tank, FYI.
