sleeper simulant quest still doesn't pop up
I've been playing since the release of the TTK and still doesn't have the sleeper simulant. I'm sure that I turned in at least 3 DVALIN RELICS with all my 3 pgs but -OR the quest doesn't pop up on my map - OR the 4 DVALIN doesn't drop........Anyway can you please Bungie tell what I have to do to obtain this weapon?
