I've seen a lot of people on lfg call out the other teams stats before the Trials of Osiris match, using Trials Report, but my question is, how many teams really do this? And also, what's the point of doing so? Whenever I've been with a team that does this, and they find the other team has 2 plus kds, they tend to give up before the game even starts. I just don't see the point of checking stats Before the game. My usual " team" or group of people who I normally play trials with, never check stats. And it's never impacted us negatively in anyway.
Edit: Heres the website you can use to check stats: Destiny Trials Report
Just press the small blue circle on the bottom right hand corner of the screen, and type your gamer tag/psn, or the gt/psn of the enemy player
Edit 2: Hmm, it seems this topic has gotten some popularity. I'll take advantage of this. I'm looking for a crimson doubles partner who has a nice boobies and an ass larger than the state of Alaska. Please message me though comments or private messages. Thanks.
Edit 3: I think it's safe to say exactly 1/3 of people check stats, and 2/3 don't lmao.

I do for my team for multiple reasons. 1. It's nice to know what the other team is using. If they are all using snipers, they often post up in/around the edge of spawn. If they all rock shottys/sidearm fusion etc..expect a rush. 2. I also like to know their skill sets, if they have self res or storm caller or whatever, just so we know what skills and supers we can expect throughout the match. 3. I like to know if they are good/suck..who to watch out for. For example there's a kid with a 2.1 trials kd and two with 0.6... if I get into the sight of the good kid I'll wait for more team support, or just mow down the bks.
