Solid work bungie, the best I've seen crucible by means of connection yet.
Side note: those of lower light values are complaining more. Not being rude just observing.

3 RepliesI don't know how you can consider 30 fps smooth..I tried playing 2 days ago and it was sluggish as hell
-
By far the most unbalanced IB I've ever been in
-
Lol sarcasm
-
1 ReplyWhile it is ALOT better there are still issues. But you can't discount a red bar as cheating. If there is a fireteam of 6 and 1 is on the other side of the country he is going to red bar. But I think things are better but not perfect.

Bungie employee confirmed
-
Your gamertag says it all...
-
Your joking right?
-
Not entirely true, im still having issues. Actually more than before
-
Look at his bio haha

1 ReplyStill not helping with lag switchers though, I just recorded part of a match where the other team was so laggy they broke the spark. Nobody could pick it up and it was stuck on enemy runner's near.

Edited by HonoringBarry: 1/29/2016 6:01:17 PMAgreed. No connection issues experienced on my end. While I have seen a couple of red bars, I haven't seen people zipping around across the map. Seems like progress has been made. It's a shame that many in these forums would rather spend time perpetuating the negativity. Bungie isn't perfect and they've handled things poorly in the past, but let's also acknowledge when they do something to make the game better.

Though I like the better connection I still see people lag switching to greater effect now that everyone else has a better connection.
-
I'm still seeing connection issues and still getting matched up with people from the other side of the globe. My opinion is that the PVP lag and connection issues have always been a pretty bad in Destiny. SBMM just made it worse.
-
Oh yeah it's awesome......I'm having such an easy time killing red bars but have green bars teleporting and doing magic tricks all over the place. Two or three shotgun blasts or sniper rounds don't kill A LOT OF GREEN CONNECTIONS. Great job Bungie, what did you do? Just walk into the server room and turn them all sideways?
-
They switch it back to SBMM to make the hackers and lad switchers happy again
-
Not true I go on at 319 and there's always 2-3 people rec barring making them almost unkillable.
-
Yes, I'm loving all these green bars...that are teleporting around and unable to take damage. That's some solid work you're doing Bungie.

-
I have only observed 1 or 2 yellows on the new matchmaking and been running solo
-
It's been good!
-
Yeah a lil less lag but hit detection is way worse now
-
Ya I noticed I'm now playing people in my country.
-
Not perfect, but not horrible either. It is much batter than before, but still has lag here and there. Progress.

3 RepliesI have to admit I've had a few games with some lag mainly when everyone seems to be popping off supers in IB rift which is annoying. However the lag is reduced and quality of experience connection wise on the up. Matchmaking seems to be on the decline especially in IB or is it more they picked a stupid play mode that no one really seems to know what they are doing. Either way this has to be the last time they pick rift!!!!!! Then we will see how much better the lag and matchmaking is.

Edited by peelinbakcaps: 1/29/2016 5:22:59 AMIs the connection better? Yes,but in the way that a d- is better then an f, both are still bad grades. I'm still seeing red bars( just a little less) and when I do see them there usually (80%) of the time in the top three of the team, which says a lot about bungies setup. Also I'm still joining games just in time to get in on a loss -.-, I hope they keep working on it but I hope more that the next game has dedicated servers
