As somebody who uses a Thousand Yard stare, i would like to point out that it can not and will not one-shot even the most scrawny hunter, not even the Black spindle can accomplish that. And if somebody manages to kill you with a sniper at close range, when the zoom of the gun makes it near impossible to aim, then good on them. So next time you try to call a gun overpowered, please try to actually use the gun first, especially since it is useful for the Raid in PVE as well.
