So yesterday I started Iron Banner and my experiences were bittersweet; rift was actually decent and different because I'm used to "control". However, it drove me insane when people would grab the spark and sit in the corner with it. On the flip side of that, the fun part was running the spark myself or picking off people in support of my runner or defending my rift. The biggest issue, "joining game in progress" only to get mercy rule a few seconds later or just losing period with no time left to even begin to catch up. If I'm not mistaken didn't Bungie not allow join in progress in Halo? I'm not sure how much work goes into implementing that or how it balances multiplayer compared to being able to join to obviously help teams that are shorthanded. Really doesn't matter since medallions count on the next win, it was just a thought. Anyway, since the standing bonus increases each day, I'm assuming that you hold on to your weekly bounties (gold ones) until a few days later or very end?
