You can have a team of sweaties without communication and a team who are just above average with communication and that team with communication will have a much better chance of winning. The key part here is communication to navigate the rift while flanking the enemy team. Unfortunately, many solo people choose to not use mics in IB or crucible in general, which is a big setback for the team in general.

I don't really have an issue with squeakers so long as they do not abuse the mic like a sex doll. Plus, I don't really encounter many squeakers at all ( psn :D ) so I would only wish there would be more communication amongst solo players in IB if they do want to win.

squeakers is the term i use for people who are annoying with the mic. (Don't stop talking, tell your mom jokes, are disrespectful, or trash talk). I don't have a problem with younger players who have higher pitched voices still either. Its just the annoying people far outnumber the non annoying people in my experiences, so i stick to parties or mic-less.
