It's pretty terrible. Especially if you're solo.
It is pretty terrible even if you have a fire team.
Far too many quitters. Far too many poor connections.
And far too many spawn campers.
And this is from a guy that loves the game and iron banner.

I love Destiny and especially IB. But Rift is one of the few things I hate about the game. And here it is, screwing up IB. I mean come on...50-60% of my games end up mercy rules with me winning half the time and losing the other. And the volume of feedback that this is broken is overwhelming. Sure there are some folks who are loving it. But they seem to be a very small percentage of the player base.

I tried it solo. Won one game outta 6. Went in with my fire team. It improved to about a win every other game. Maybe more like 2 outta 5. But it's just not fun. My fire team is better than me, but there's a lot of struggling. I know I'm not great at crucible, but this is ridiculous. I could at least make a difference in control.

Agreed. Even as a solo player I know how to work with a team and hit objectives. That's not the problem. The problem is most people don't have the same handle and they screw it up. And OMG the shitty campers. It's nothing but sniper lens flares and MIDAs right in the middle of every map. Even circling and killing the campers while they're ADS gets old fast. I just hate Rift.
