Iron Banner Scout??
Is the IB scout worth the grind? Personally I hate rift (as a solo player) but love scouts and Fusions.
Edit 1: I am getting mixed feedback
Edit 2: I will grind for a Reactive Reload/Outlaw and Crowd Control rolls
Edit 3: I have a pretty good feel for scouts, so share your rolls and lets see who's got the best
