Did the Weekly update disappoint you?
Do you find yourself saying "This game isn't fun anymore" repeatedly?
Are you sick and tired of playing Crucible because literally 30 percent of players in every single match are red bars?
Have you played the same tired old raid without any progression week after week? Only to be shat on by the "smartass" loot system in your misguided attempt to become 320 so that you can then be miserable at 320 instead of 319 because there's no other content to do once your 320?
Do you wish Bungie would just take the (sarcasm alert start) two (sarcasm alert end) hours needed to update all the old raids and POE (that, by the way, we all paid money for LESS than one year ago, and is now irrelevant ) to at least give us some extra things to do for now?
Do you wish Nightfall, which is more difficult than the Hard Raid, would drop something worthwhile other than that wonderful Vanguard weapon you could go buy in the tower with your overflowing Legendary marks?
Do you want Bungie to actually release an update of meaningful PvE content?
Do you want diversity in what Raid armor you can wear? Instead of red or black.
Wouldn't you like to play the Crucible and be killed with something other than The Last Word or Mida?
I have a secret. A special secret. Almost an exotic secret.
Stop playing this game. You've been thinking about it. Don't buy silver. Don't log into Destiny.
We have one single tool as players, and that's to send them into a panic by leaving in mass. Bungie has clearly proven that no amount of angry forum comments will sway them.
If enough of us stop playing for a couple weeks, I have a feeling we will come back to a whole new game.

The Taken King is an example of how we used a release candidate to correct larger issues that were addressed by the community - and by ourselves, as players of our own game. But, yes, you should only play the games that you love and think are fun. If you want Destiny to be better, keep posting or upvoting the ideas you like the most on the recruitment forum. Cozmo has people that stop by his desk on a regular basis to ask what you're talking about. Change and evolution are not immediate, but they are things we're committed to.
