I don't work with my team and I just had a game not long ago where I was top scorer in iron banner just by doing my own thing not working with the team slaying people with bad juju. I was top performer and only grabbed the spark once near the end of the match. So that shows not working with the team and being a lone wolf slayer can be successful by that match.
