Destiny servers down on ps3?
Im not able to play destiny because apparently the destiny servers arent available, is this true?

4 RepliesWe are aware that some players are experiencing issues when attempting to log in. Multiple log-in attempts may be required to access destiny as we investigate this issue. Some players are reporting that fully closing the Destiny application and attempting to log-in once more is resolving their issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

This has been going on now all week on Xbox One. I have about a 1 in 5 chance of Destiny deciding to even allow me to select my character, then 1 in 2 chance it even lets me log in. My XBox One Console is powered off at night and I have ZERO connection errors (Wired direct to modem, 27 mbps down, 5 mbps up, 26 ms ping time to MS Serves < 1 ms of jitter and an Open NAT) with anything else. So once again Bungie, take the money that Luke is throwing at the screen, buy some food and feed the Hamster that powers your Commodore 64 Log in Serve that connects on a 300 baud dialup internet.

I think they got it to work because I'm in destiny now :D

Since the past week or so (Jan 26th 2016) it takes me multiple attempts to log into the Destiny servers. Usually shutting down my PS4 and then trying again works but this morning that is not even working. I can get to the character selection screen but when I try to then log into the Destiny servers it says lost connection. Then if I try on a different character, say my Titan, it worked finally.

That ain't the only problem. I had to restart my PS3 to fix a comms issue I was having with my clanmate and then came back on, got denied by destiny to sign in five times before I could get on. Then the rest of the time I couldn't get barely a kill in rumble because of mad lag. Bungie better fix this shit, like yesterday before more shit gets started

Also having massive trouble going to reef/tower. Multiple attempts needed even with 48 ms latency and 26/2.7 up/down. Any thoughts? P.S. no lag in crucible or pve...

Also had this problem. I got in by retrying twice and waiting a few minutes the third time to see if anything would happen and it put me in the game.

Here is a Temp Fix, just wait five mins when you get the error, the error will go away and you can continue
