Spawning enemies in the Steppes of the Cosmodrome
Every time I'm there it seems like respawning is broken. Enemies will not respawn for 5+ minutes. I see this in the Mothyards, too. I know I can go elsewhere, but sometimes you see these level 3-4 guardians running around without a thing to shoot.
Has the Steppes/Mothyards been changed to keep enemies from respawning?
