Cryptarch helmet engram
So I purchased a helmet engram from the cryptarch in The Reef but instead I got a class item.
Is it normal for a specific engram to give you a random award?
Because if it's not normal, I'd really appreciate getting my 100 marks back

By class item, do you mean a cloak, bond, or butt cape? Then no. That's broken. If you for an ARTIFACT however, perfectly normal, that's where they come from; other engrams.
