Rift for iron banner is amazing. Get over yourself
Don't give the spawn camping bull shıt answer because fact is that's all control is anyway.
No one is gonna want to camp rift as that would make the games take forever and everyone wants to be max level asap. Play the game win fast level up fast . If you don't you will lose or at very least take forever leveling up.
Truth is every one of the fūcks that is against rift has 1k yard stare equipped and doesn't play the objective and just camps. Thank God that won't get you anywhere here.
The only excuse that is semi valid is that it will suck for solos. Well don't fückin play solo get your lazy ass on the forums and find a team. God knows you idiots spend enough time here bıtching about every little thing. How about you use the damn forums for the purpose they were intended for and find a fücking team..

Edit: yes I was an asshole I didn't rewrite it because I was upset when I wrote it and truly it's aimed at those I've been teamed with that get 25 kills but 0 captures. Nothing I hate more than having someone on my team who is worried about their kd but not winning
Edit: someone did point out the lag will have more of a negative impact on the game like teleporting runners. I can't argue against that
Edit: theonlybradever brought up a good point in terms of team based objectives zone control is the best. And partially I agree but the matches do run long.
Edit: the skill based match making needs to go back to connection based

9 RepliesYou miss the big point. Most of us who love the crucible and iron banner absolutely hate rift and won't even show up for a scout rifle. Rift is a stupid game and shouldn't be in the game and this is a dumb attempt to get more people to play a dead game mode.

5 RepliesNope, it may be good for some, but not the majority. It's Bungie forcing people to play the less popular aspects. Rift and doubles are coming, the banner before last was a prime example.

1 ReplyOnly going to play the bounties, like always. Although I enjoy control so I did the objective (few others do). I hate rift so will likely just go around killing things ignorin the objective. If I can stand it that long. Likely won't get all 3 to 5 this time. Probably not even one.

1 ReplyI played some last night for the legendary marks... half the other team was lagging and my team wasn't pushing for the spark and when the other team had it they were never around leaving me in 1v3s almost all game.

1 ReplyI dislike rift almost to a genetic level. Would be fun if people would actually try to play the objective and NOT quit the game. Rift will be hell for solos, and expect less people to play because of it.

1 ReplyI agree. I think rift is going to be very fun and very competitive when two full teams go head to head. I can understand the solo player being a little frustrated but that's what these forums and other sites are designed for. Looking forward to IB this time around.

1 ReplyI remember the first post I seen after they declared the first clash Iron Banner... I commented, I would love to see Rift as the IB, and here we are... If I played my way, I would never have broken out of my comfort zone, Bungie changing things up, has made me a far better player... My kd was trash .64, no joke, I recovered it to 1.4, with the help of some pros and Bungie...

1 ReplySpawn camping doesn't really work too well with Rift. Unless two people cooperate to camp, you start spawning on the other side of the map.
