Disappearing Games
I just got a Xbox One for Christmas and have downloaded a decent amount of games on it. With EA Access being free for a week I downloaded some games. Now when I go to My Games and Apps, all my games disappeared. I know they're not deleted because I have downloaded a game and I can still play it from Pins. Also my discs don't say "Installing" and play fine too. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The EA access games are only available during the free EA access periods or if you pay to have the EA acces

You'd need to contact Xbox/Microsoft not Bungie if you are experiencing an issue with your Xbox One. http://support.xbox.com/en-ca

I believe the download EA Access games can only be used if you have an EA Access Pass. The week free trial doesn't mean you get to download all the games forever, otherwise what's the point of having EA Access.
