• 1. Clan mate studied game development in college, and informed us how rigorous development can be on a small-scale project, let alone whatever Destiny is called (RPG/MMO/FPS?) 2. “Let’s say a designer wants to go in and move a resource node two inches,” said one person familiar with the engine. “They go into the editor. First they have to load their map overnight. It takes eight hours to input their map overnight. They get [into the office] in the morning. If their importer didn’t fail, they open the map. It takes about 20 minutes to open. They go in and they move that node two feet. And then they’d do a 15-20 minute compile. Just to do a half-second change.” – link for reference: http://kotaku.com/the-messy-true-story-behind-the-making-of-destiny-1737556731 Fact checking and research trumps your assumptions ;)

 • A big part of that was how they are working with shitty infrastructure. 8 hours to load the map lol. They are developing their game from a commodore 64 :P But I mean, I'm not arguing with or against either of u, just talking with u guys :D

 • By no means is it a streamlined system lol i would be curious to know if its so sluggish because of how segmented their player base is with regards to PS4, PS3, 360, and XB1

 • My life pretty stellar actually. Own a house, have a decent career as an Art Director in the pharmaceutical advertising industry, lovely relationship with my girlfriend, her family, and my family. Hows life being a troll? Have a decent size bridge your under? Running water? Enough people crossing for you to be a dink to?

 • I always get a good laugh every time someone purposely misspells Bungie, but your comment made me laugh a little more than usual because your little emoji made me imagine the comment in a cute, enthusiastic voice haha

 • They lie as well, a reply from a third party with actual licenses might work. I only know how to code software for PC, i have no idea how it works gaming coding. But at least for PC if you code by blocks its easier to zero-in bugs.
