If by "over-night" you mean deploy a patch that contains the nerf for consumer download, then yeah they can; But to actually implement, sandbox test, and then get the patch containing the nerf approved by Microsoft AND Sony simultaneously for a specified date, then it takes a couple business days (weeks/months) champ ;)

A big part of that was how they are working with shitty infrastructure. 8 hours to load the map lol. They are developing their game from a commodore 64 :P But I mean, I'm not arguing with or against either of u, just talking with u guys :D

By no means is it a streamlined system lol i would be curious to know if its so sluggish because of how segmented their player base is with regards to PS4, PS3, 360, and XB1

I always get a good laugh every time someone purposely misspells Bungie, but your comment made me laugh a little more than usual because your little emoji made me imagine the comment in a cute, enthusiastic voice haha

They lie as well, a reply from a third party with actual licenses might work. I only know how to code software for PC, i have no idea how it works gaming coding. But at least for PC if you code by blocks its easier to zero-in bugs.
