a lot of the thread was decent. but it will take a lot more than 2 hours to update the old raids.

I'm no developer, but all we're talking about is changing the loot table right? Higher level loot is all you need to make VoG and Crota worthwhile again. I wouldn't think it would be terribly time-intensive.

It would take weeks to update. Also there is balance to consider. they were all elemental and we no longer have those at max damage except an exotic. there is a lot to consider. They also need to make the chests and bosses drop current exotics as well.

The chests and bosses can drop exactly what they drop now. We're talking about changing the light level from 170 to 310 and changing arc/solar/void to kinetic. It doesn't sound that complex to me.

Dont change them to kinetic make it so by getting them and dismantle they drop something to add elemental damage to a weapon
