Thought everything was pretty good except warlocks do NOT need longer supers (in pvp at least). They last half the match. Also I was under the impression all supers have the same charge rate?

Regular Stormtrance really isn't that long. It's the Transcendence that does it. I think it's a good trade off. Also no, for instance, if I have a Fist of Havoc or Ward of Dawn both having tier 5 intellect, the cooldown is I believe 3:40, while sunbreaker with tier 5 intellect is a 4:00 cooldown.
