No. You are competent if you can do those. Elite is if you can sherpa noobs through a raid.

You are competent if you can hold your weight. You are elite if you know how to do all the roles. Either way, I've helped people through Crota during the times I was soloing it for a chance at Hawkmoon and carried people through Skolas for their triumphs.
