How about team got wiped and still soloed the templar on hard in mid December of 2014. The day after i broke my forever 29 curse.
Edit: after reading the rest of your requirements i have to sign. Too bad i dislike the direction of this game so i harldy ever sign into it anymore.
Edit 2: as others have said signed on my hunter, titan and yes warlock.

We've all had those clutch moments before. My best memory was when team wiped at Atheon but he was a sliver of health so before I got teleported, I shot a rocket at him, then got teleported but apparently that rocket killed him and we all got rewards.

Yeah been there done that too or that Aethon kill with the relic after the team wiped.
