Edited by Swiftlock: 1/20/2016 11:33:43 PMBecause it's a Playstation exclusive and because it demands a far more passive/careful playstyle than MIDA/Tlaloc. There are also plenty of legendary scouts like Last Extremity and Cocytus that can easily do just as well.
