Shores of Time is the Rust of Destiny
Shores of Time is to Destiny as Rust was to MW2. It's the playerbase' favorite map since the beta. It's one of the strangest maps in Destiny being asymmetrical, yet strangely balanced. It offers such a wide variety of playstyle sand gamemodes. I don't know how or why, but it's just a great map. If anything, I think shores of time would be a tremendous trials map.

1 ReplyI love that map, have since the beginning. I remember in like the first month of the game I was playing crucible and just kind of having fun and saw this level 28 warlock with light beyond nemesis. I thought he was the coolest thing. I still remember that moment.

I too would not call it balanced, but it doesn't really matter because despite that, its really fun to play, def one of the best. (As opposed to Memento, which blows in my opinion)

1 ReplyLove that map too. Trying to be conservative here, but I'd estimate that it pops up in my rotation maybe once every hundred or so matches. I play for a couple of hours three or four days a week and haven't seen it in maybe two weeks.

Definitely my favorite map for TDM but for control it's completely horse shit. C spawn = auto win if your team isn't moronic. Oh and if the C team has a great sniper your life just got that much more miserable.

Rust is commonly known because 1v1's I think the community favorite in Mw2 is Terminal
