Daily reminder that Warframe is better than Destiny
Yep....
The proof are in the games and anyone who is not blinded by bungievision will realize the truth that Warframe is the better game between the two.
This is going at the top so people can see it better:

- Putting a paywall in front of people who didn't buy TDB, THOW or TTK.
- A very childish community (some diamonds in the rough)
- Lore that is not in game
- 'Updates' that don't add much if anything to the game at all and are temporary.

Skip to 2:36 and listen on if you want (you wont because you know you're wrong) but for those who do continue to listen on, he talks about pay to win until 13:49 and he makes a lot of sense.
By lack of valid arguments and just people calling me names because they're wrong and provide no evidence that I'm wrong....because they can't. By anonymous decision and on half of Bungie.net forums, [b]Warframe is the better game overall[/b].

All I have to say is that there are numerious people I used to play Destiny with who I have tried to migrate over to warframe and they played for 20 minutes and then abandoned warframe. If you're a Destiny player, moving to warframe is a VERY different feel. So different that it can be an immediate turn off. Plus Warframe has a HUGE (all caps) learning curve. Moving in Destiny.. It's right, left, back front, up, special jump and slide..which isn't really a valuable move.. It's asthetic only. Warframe. You move left and right forward backward.. The slide is ESSENTIAL. Sliding allows you to inflict more damage, and move faster because from a slide, you bullet jump -> slide -> bullet jump -> glide -> slide -> bullet jump ->glide -> slide.. Just moving across a room quickly, is 10X more difficult than any movement in Destiny. Then add melee. Destiny doesn't have melee. It has the square button. PRESS PRESS PRESS PRESS. Warframe, you have different fighting techniques you can apply to different weapons (Stances). You have wall attacks, spin attacks, true parry's. Combo attacks.. You literally have the complexity of Street Fighter built into a shooter. And then.. different warframes move different ways.. the Zephyr for example can get airborne and aerial very easily. I mean.. I have spent a full paragraph talking about just moving and I haven't scratched the surface... wall run, dive roll, flying kick (yes it imparts "impact" and can knock down the enemy). And then the story.. when Destiny people tell me Warframe doesn't have a good backstory.. Thant's when I know they never made it to the end of the main story.. because at that point, the entire world opens up, you learn your purpose, you learn the truth of what a Tenno really is, and you literally open up an entirely new power system, "Focus". It's insane. Every time I think I have learned everything, and entirely new world opens up. Today, I tried out Lunaro.. The ancient sport of the Orokin. Yea.. this aint not speeder racing.. this is an entire game unto itself. All new moves to learn.. the body check etc.. In the 3-4 months I have been playing Warcraft, there have been 3 major updates.. and I have not even started any of them because I'm still working on the main world!!!!!! I did the entire Destiny world in days to weeks on every update. I remember doing TTK in one weekend.. (Not including final raid). Destiny is a very cool game. I had A LOT of fun playing it.. but if you sit down and play warframe for MORE THAN 2 HOURS and you also TAKE TIME TO LEARN IT. You will see it's probably the one of the most phenomenal games every created.. and that's coming from a 40 something year old who has played most of them since PONG.

30 RepliesOP your definition of Pay to Win is according to the video you posted is an extreme example of Pay to Win. I do believe TotalBiscuit said that if Pay to Skip is used in such a way it's the same as Pay to Win. Good thing Warframe isn't like that. Though I don't consider Warframe being. Pay to Win you were wrong that everything in the game can be attained with paying. Excalibur Prime wasn't available to any freemium members. Also there are consumables that you can buy in Warframe that gives you boost of xp and other stuff. I don't think Warframe is a pay to win game. If people truly have to label both Destiny and Warframe call it pay to skip. Both games offer that service. Now let me rip apart you comparison that in your opinion made Warframe better. Yes, it's an opinion. You want fact here is a fact for your ass: Warframe has more content than Destiny. That's a fact. I am not saying Warframe is a bad game because it's not. My first two games for my PS4 (actually the only games I had back the. Until Destiny canes out was DC Universe Online and Warframe. To this day I still play both games religiously. Warframe has a ton of good shit to offer and many of those are the things people has been requesting for Destiny. Mostly social related stuff, which is truly odd that a game who's big on teams wouldn't have that. Here is another fact for your ass: Yes Warframe is indeed a much deeper game compared to Destiny. That can easily be a bad thing rather than good. Being a deeper game also makes it more complex , which shouldn't be a problem on its own. Warframe doesn't offer you tutorial. They just expect you to know it. Customizing toon on Warframe is fun though. Also Digital Extremes even allows their players to customize their ships and even move it while loading the game which I thought was cool. The "social" part of the game is what Destiny can truly use. Players can create their own "Dojo" for their team. They've also implemented a text chat for players since trading is also allowed. Destiny has 4 planetary bodies not 3. Now it has 6. And Warframe has 14 planetary bodies with each location granting 15-37 missions. With that alone it seems like it favors Warframe right? But it's amazingly misleading. OP your lie a damn politician. Warframe has 14 planetary bodies but every other location looks exactly like the other. The missions are the same the the location never look special. In Destiny 4 planetary bodies but at least each location seems different than the others. Warframe has 14 damage types (elements) and so many weapon types. 14 damage types but the number of different enemy race you fight is limited to three races. 14 damage types seems like overkill. At least in Destiny there are five different races you face against. You said Destiny only had 5-10 useful guns per type. Warframe is the same. You might have thousands of weapons you can craft but only a handful are worth using. Each Warframe belongs to a certain class types but it's a type of game that it doesn't really matters. There is a 4-man co-op but it's not really co-op everyone does whatever they want from the get go. Destiny has Three Classes and three sub-classes each. Each sub-class does something. The others can't. Warframe tends to become a button masher. Loot is handled the same way and again you OP are very misleading by saying there is a ton of loot. Which is true but most of them aren't really useful. Warframe is as much of a grind as Destiny is so please shut it. Story, let's not get into this. They are both bad at story telling and both are equally bad at telling us just what the hell is really going on. Grimoire or index cards, it doesn't matter where you read them, is not a proper way to tell us the story. So again OP stop with your misleading so-called "facts". Whatever info you have might be facts (or a misleading version of the facts) but saying Warframe is better than destiny is not one of them. That is and always will be an opinion. Digital Extremes being Warframe's both developer and publisher is obviously a Big advantage. They have the power to release whatever they want and whenever they see fit. Warframe has gone through many transformation since its initial release. Which is great to be honest, they had a year couple of years between both release dates giving Warframe more content. Warframe has been out on PC since 2012. Give Bungie the same amount of time to develop Destiny at the very least. That is one of the major reasons you can't compare each other. OP is so fixated at hating on Bungie he forgets about that little detail. That is a pretty major detail actually. I do t want to compare both games but if you do, then be at least fair and give Bungie the same amount of time to develop this series like how Digital Extremes development of Warframe.

4 RepliesI downloaded it the other day. Imo it's clunky. It might be because I just started but enemies don't show on the mini map so your getting shot but no idea from where. The mechanics seem like there from 10 years ago. I know it's a free to play game but it's no where near as good as destiny. I'm no desticle either hardly played in the last month got destiny burn out
