can you solo a raid?
So i'm level 26 (xbox1) and would like to do vault of glass and can't find anyone, is it possible to solo?

The only 100% soloable raid is CE. VoG needs 2 min. for some parts. KF needs 4 min. For most parts.

I believe Vault of Glass can't be completely solo'd, some parts need an extra person or two, but, you'll need an in depth guide on the exploits needed to be done and a lot of patience. Crota is the easiest to solo, just takes practice.

I can solo crota, just can't flawless it always die and crota. Stupid mistakes are costly.

9 RepliesBeen trying to flawless solo Crota, but game mechanics keep crapping on my attempts. I've had multiple times when I can't pick the sword back up after I drop it and make Crota kneel. Last night I needed one more sword hit and Crota enraged out of the blue. No warning, way before he normally enrages, just totally random. Needless to say, I can't try again until my new controller arrives.

7 RepliesEdited by jareids: 1/19/2016 9:03:14 PMYou can't even get into the vault of glass solo. Confluxes and oracles can be soloed, but only if you're insanely good. It's essentially impossible. Templar can be soloed, but you have to really know what you're doing. Gorgons can easily be done. I believe Gatekeeper can be done but I've never tried it. I know it can easily be two-manned. Atheon requires 4 unless you have warlock with self res, in which case he can be soloed. But it's exceptionally difficult.

You can solo vog and crota, although u will need 2 friends to open the door in the maze in vog. crota is by far the easiest to solo.

Crota can be done solo.. Have done it flawless a few times (just the other day in fact). But Vog and Kings Fall, nope

No way. Not a noob anyways. Some parts absolutely need 2 people minimum

1 ReplyThe only way to solo VoG is with a self rez Warlock, an in depth knowledge of the entire raid and what to do, how to exploit the mechanics, and a bit of luck.

It is possible to solo certain sections, but not the whole thing. Crota is the only one you can solo completely by yourself.

Possible to at least 2 man VoG Possible to solo CE (I've done it nearly every week in year 2 and once or twice in year 1)
