Melee ability does not deliver damage, but is consumed. (Crucible)

I'm sure it's been posted before, but i decided to do it myself with some gifs too to show it. As far as i have heard, this bug happens to all classes and subclasses. In cases i have experienced it happens on the Voidwalker class and i haven't played enough with the other classes in PvP yet to test them. (Voidwalker too fun) Anyways, i play with the ram on my Voidwalker, which makes it very apparent when i do hit a melee since i get the life steal buff and health starts regenerating. In addition i have surge on as the melee perk. Normally when hitting someone with it, it will proc the melee and deal damage, give me both the energy drain, surge, and life steal, and if i'm wearing them and kill someone with the melee, the agility boost from melee kills, which is granted by the "Fists flying" perk on the raid boots. However when this bug happens, i won't deal damage, i won't get the surge and energy drain buffs, nor will will i get the agility buff since it didn't kill them. The melee charge will be used up in addition. I have a few cases, and there isn't any particular lag which may have caused this. The melee kills are very far, probably on the edge of the range of what a warlock can get, but the sound and life steal effect, and the melee charge being used are definite proof that it does indeed "hit" the enemy but not damage them. Life Steal, granted by The Ram, does however work, and it even more obvious that this is a bug. And in the last 2-3 days, i have had at least 3 cases where this was certainly the cause. (In the video i also hear the melee hit him). I do not the get Surge perk, nor energy drain, I also get health, which saves me from dying in that moment, and makes me actually survive the encounter, and immediately kill another guy with the shotgun, suggesting that this is not lag. There is a short moment from another perk apparent, which is increased melee damage after landing a hit with the shotgun, which you can see, which also should have increased the odds of the damage being enough to kill the enemy. http://i.imgur.com/k3XrtU7.gifv Another example, same events happen. Notice that it's the vortex that kills him, not the melee, so it's also not lag. (Again, notice the buffs i should have gotten and that the melee is used up.) http://i.imgur.com/JFdRhIp.gifv Here, i do not have my melee charge up, but the second melee(missed the first) does hit and give me life steal but doesn't deal any damage, this might be lag related, since there was a little delay in that game, but it does not seem that way from the clip, and it is very similar to the other cases.
