Ok so the touch malice is a two part quest the first quest you have to complete is the hunger pangs from 5 fragments then to 30 then you get the 45 fragment quest. Then sorry for not knowing what the names is but once you have obtained the [b]ravenous[/b] [b]heart[/b] from oryx the first time you kill him you will get a quest to get 50 hadium flakes some motes of light and wormspore. Once they are both done you should get it from eris I hope that helps, sorry it's been a while since I have done the quest so some may be a little bit out of place but it's what I did.
