It's the range of Stormcaller. It FEELS OP.
Doesn't mean it IS tho. But what do you expect?
Kids here are thinking MIDA is OP, when it's just commonly used

Range on a Stormcaller is 8 meters ahead, 16 if you use super conductor.

Hmm.... Maybe Make it 13 meters then? That's sounds like it'd be the sweet spot. The damage resistance, ionic blink, everything else, not changed.

But StormCaller needs that extra length because you're sacrificing blink for extra range, great in PvE but suicidal in PvP.

We can afford to lose the 3 meters. Especially with the CQC maps

Mida hit detection is off. I'll get killed in what seems to be two shots all the time with no damage on me at all.
