I should be able to go through the entire raid at my level like it was a walk in the park. Yet Bungie programmed in an endless thrall dispenser for some stupid reason and I can't make it to the 3rd lamp with the hundreds of thrall shoving their hands up my ass. I can't say I'm surprised that Destiny isn't balanced, even in pve. I don't care that co-op is encouraged. If the option to solo a mission is available, then put some work into programming it so.

i have soloed the lamps when it was current. so if i could then and you can't now, what does that say about you?

Edited by Jersey: 1/19/2016 4:58:56 PMJust max your agility and don't stop running. Zhalo Supercell also makes it unbelievably easy if you do need to kill any thrall.
-
I solo the whole raid 3 times a week for glimmer from shards sometimes I don't but the beginning part isn't hard set your agility to max and as much armor as possible with hard light if you have it or bad juju along with a full auto shotgun (if u dare ) I prefer my sniper for this part and a rocket along with long lasting grenades like pulse grenade or solar grenade things like that it's stupid simple

1 ReplyI know there are vids out there, but anyone wanna hit me with a super simple best way to get through that opening part? Would love to run Crota since I never did originally. Or if you are chill and wanna run it sometime on Xbox, hit me up.

Edited by O_Town_Racer: 1/19/2016 4:52:46 PMThe maze is not hard to solo. You have to have the right gear though. The trick is to avoid the Thrall, not fight them. Blade Dancer Hunter, enable Shadow Jack, use Don't Touch Me gauntlets, use Mida as your primary, a strong sniper as special, and a leveled up legendary sword or rocket launcher as heavy. Based on your stats and gear, you have not put in enough time to get what you need to solo Crota.

You fail because you're a scrub, you haven't beaten any raid on hard, hell, you've not even completed the base story. -blam!-in bitch
-
there is some space math that kicks in so you are not invincible bones of eao on a nightstalker with extra jump and vanish in smoke make jumping from the rock at 2nd lamp comical - jumping the bridge with bones is fairly beginner friendly too don't touch me and blade dancer was the way to go back in the day... still works
-
2 RepliesThis is like saying "i can't beat warpriest solo"
-
1 ReplyI'm just waiting for someone to explain why Gjallarhorn still does more damage to the Templar than a 320 Sleeper Simulant.
-
It's not hard. You just suck.
-
You can actually do a horse mode in the abyss part. It's so fun to do.
-
Everything from year one is scaled to +3 and -3, Crotas end was a lvl 33 raid, therefore you can enter the raid as a 30 but anything light level 33 or higher you cannot enter. In comparison to the current level level structure anyone 200+ light will all to equal damage based off of gun stats.
-
Then you suck, i soloed back at 32. You can solo it at 40
-
1 Replyhunter, arc, don't touch me guantlets
-
I just did it solo last week. Also did solo when it first came out. Just play it smart you don't need to fight the thrall and you don't need to stop at every lantern don't be afraid to get an x10 if that means your to far ahead for it to matter.
-
1 ReplyI soloed the entire raid as a 32, wanna see the vid?
-
Hahahaha, oh my
-
No i im pretty sure you are just bad at the game.
-
its easy just requires some practice that's all.
-
I'd rather have VoG than Crota
-
... lol it yut is literally two sleeper shots
-
Actually it is balanced. That's why it's tough for some Guardians. Maximum level cap is 37.
-
1 ReplyThis is a clear case of "The thrall will smother your light, do not underestimate them as Tarlowe did." Listen to Eris for a change.
-
Lol At the post. I soloed it at level 34.
-
I could solo crotas end as a level 32. OP, you're not only a crybaby, but also a scrub. Its sad that you cant solo it at 40, maybe next post you can whine about how much you suck. Oh wait thats what this post is about

Red death + storm caller = profit
