As a solo player most of the time, probably not very high.
Edit: Hilariously enough my ToO combat rating varies between 230-300 on my 3 characters even with a shitty K/D. My Control/Clash etc are exactly where I would expect them to be (80-100) as I'm a solo player and ALWAYS seem to get put on the losing team.
