Anyone think Variks will turn against the Awoken?
Just a thought...maybe Variks wanted to kill Skolas just so he can take control of the reef. With Petra be in gone (not saying she's dead) he probably could call the Fallen to take the reef away!

I think the Speaker will go rogue. He'll get drunk with power and be the new enemy in Destiny 2.

1 ReplyI don't get that vibe from Variks, he seems genuine. It would seem more likely that the Awoken would betray him if anything. Now Eris... There's your problem :)
