      • Cook it over an open fire. Tie salmon to a plank then stake it to the ground next to the fire.

      • Don't have a smoker? Do you have a grill? Then plank that sucker. You get the heat and sear of grilling, but also a touch of smoke to the fish. It's also easy as it gets. And some folks are recommending cooking it until it "falls apart"? Please don't. When fish is done, you'll be able to tell by pressing your finger onto into and down slightly. If you feel the "flakes" of the fish slide easily against each other? It's done.

        • The newest trend is to cook it in your dishwasher. No, I'm totally -blam!-ing serious. IN YOUR DISHWASHER here's a recipe http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/dishwasher-salmon-with-a-piquant-dill-sauce-recipe.html

        • Scrape the pan with oil, make sure oil is covering the whole surface Wait for oil to pop Poke holes in salmon Place salmon and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes Flip it and repeat again Add seasoning when salmon starts to change color on both sides Wait until salmon has changed color and check inside to see as well Eat

        • Really dude? There's about a bazillion recipes online for it, and you come on b.net to ask. When did your Google break again? Sigh....all the ones who said in tinfoil on the grill got it right. Low and slow until it just falls apart. Stuck on seasoning too? Salt and butter work just fine. Still can't understand why b.net>pinterest with step by step directions and pictures, but ok. Now I'm hungry. Damnit

          • I like it grilled. Put it in a foil pouch, add butter or margarine and a pinch lemon pepper and/or garlic salt. Get wild caught salmon as well. Its a little more expensive but farm raised salmon is shit.

            • Take about (depending on how much salmon you have) 1/3 of a cup of Italian dressing and pour it on top of the Salmon. Bake it with salt and pepper until the salmon is flaky.
