To late - people already do. Your argument makes no sense. Some people have it and others don't. Can you say balance?

People have nice rolls due to rng. Not everyone has one which makes you want to grind more.

Not anymore - grinding wears thin. I haven't even played lately. Iron banner was a waste if time and barely touched it since then.
