Where is it? I cant find it

It should be the first one if youre playing solo. But yes, it is Dare's helmet in the building.

Use VISR and look around. Beacons show up in yellow, like the audio log points. I think the one you want is the destroyed turret on the balcony of the building in the centre of the road.

I'm not sure if I'm thinking of the same one, but it might be the one where you have to look up and there is a sniper hanging from a telephone wire.
