I'm under the impression that if you have previously owned an exotic, at any point in time, you then have the blueprint. Can this be verified? My friend had multi tool and last word at beginning of vanilla and just recently came back after a 6 month break. He does not have either blueprint. Side note: he dismantled both sometime back during Crota era
