When you own people using old guns... that feel...
So, got into a crucible game while rolling solo. Other team had a group of 4-5 players all using Fellwinters, matador(rangefinder), last words, thorns, G&H rockets, etc. All high light level, just relying on old crutch weapons to roll people in crucible.
Long story short, our team was down the whole game but kept it withing a few thousand. Passed them around 19000 and proceeded to win.
I don't know why it felt so good, knowing that our team was using inferior firepower but still managed to win. On the other hand, I understand why you would want to gear up with broken gear to win, but damn... embarrassing if you loose.

6 RepliesSuch salty tears ... players can use what they want in regular crucible, they worked hard for those weapons only for bungie to take them away (no infusion available on year 1 gear/changing shot package in to a different perk)

Nothing wrong for a Nostalgic run in the Crucible lol if you got 'em use 'em. That shit don't matter in standard crucible.

I destroyed a couple Rumble matches with Silimar's Wrath and Queenbreaker's Bow. If they want to bring out Thorn, I'll bring out my Y1 stuff.

2 RepliesBy no means are these guns overpowered anymore. This is the most balanced crucible has ever been imo. I'm not saying it is balanced because it's far from that that. Scouts out range hand cannons now and you can counter Ghorn with truth

5 RepliesG&H rockets are not y1... That being said, I've been rolling Ghorn in reg crucible lately. Blasted a Sunbreaker in the face the other day, watched the Wolfpack take him down like a stranded moose in a snowdrift. Post game msg: "you suck with gally KYS" Lol!
