Exotic perk for Hunters
I've been throwing this idea around everywhere. I was thinking that there could be an Exotic for Nightstalkers that grants the user Blood-bound for free. Although I don't have a name or a look for it yet so feel free to state some names down below and other perks for Warlocks and Titans!

Yeah that's OP for PvP. Maybe something that grants lockdown (to go along with the whole zone-control aspect of night stalker) or the perk that makes smoke act as a trap
