Old Dead Account trying to get my guardians back

so my old account Spectral_Gh0st42 wont let me log back into it since my pass was changed and someone took control over it and I CREATED a new Account,now i'm trying to get my Titan and progress into me new account. I just want my Titan Back please it's all I truly had.
