Most are horrible agreed, but Telesto is quality (although pretty unique in what it does, more a plasma grenade launcher than a fusion) and Plan C is honestly great! Crank the stability up on Plan C, ignore enhancing range/impact or enhanced charge (the speed switch perk means it fires almost instantly on weapon swap anyway) and the spread is really manageable. I can't believe I've ignored it until this past weekend, it melts majors in a couple of bursts! Great weapon. Yet to run with it in PvP though.
