Wasting your time. Nothing happens. None of them ever get disciplinary action. I report and block and nothing changed. I simply stopped playing PVP. My advice: save your breath and money for another game/developer. This game is no longer worth your effort. Certainly not worth the aggravation. It's so bad that people are freely advertising cheating, you report and you get warned! They designed this system this way and will defend it to the bitter end. Let them. Let them defend their policies and ignore the policies that cost them $ and honest players. They will soon release Destiny2, or whatever they call it, vote then. Vote wisely. This is not the stock market, where past experience does not dictate future results! Remember your protest, it's lack of action, and move to another choice in gaming. It's the right thing to do.
