In my opinion I would be fine with the Stability..If they actually consistently killed from medium range like they should. At least make the reward for using them worth it; because right now they're far harder to use than Sniper Rifles but don't offer anywhere near as much of an advantage. Maybe that's just an issue with snipers though.
