Remember when Bungie said "Black Hammer had an exotic perk"?
Then they proceeded to make an exotic black hammer a year later yet the exotic version kept the legendary perk? I think they forgot...
[spoiler]apparently people are missing the point. I'm just stating another flaw Bungie has made and it would be nice to actually have an exotic which acts like an exotic[/spoiler]
