Haha. Actually the tone in my head while typing was mildly sarcastic. The reason this issue is what comes to mind when minors wonder why adults won't play with them is because I'm a Human Relations Manager for a restaurant chain. I have to deal with cases like this regularly where young employees or their parents file sexual harassment claims on older managers, and social media profiles are usually a part of the investigation. Whether the accusations were true or not, they have a HUGE negative impact on the older person's life. The most common advice we give is to avoid any association or fraternization outside of work.
