Hey guys, so I need some help. I cant get a rare sparrow from the Vanguard, because I am not rank 3 vanguard, and I also have literally no Legendary Marks. I know you can get some from the Strikes, but right now its a level 41 strike, and I am 37, and also I am 90 short from the needed light, so anyone know how to get a free rare sparrow? I am looking to buy a plasma drive for one to make it a Legendary.
