Immobius's effect is too specific.
Titans got the short end for the gunsmith legendary class weapons. Immobius is only usable if:
- you are a defender
-you use armor of light
-you stand in ward of dawn
You have a brief moment where you may benefit from Immobius. It's pointless to use. Stillpiercer and Susano are far superior in that they can be used at anytime with all of their perks.

And Immobious' thing is for Defender only, and only when using a specific perk… okay… So here's what I thought. Change the "surrounded" perk with "Crowd Control" or even better "Close and/or Personal". Get rid of the "Bouncer" perk [u]entirely.[/u] Replace it with pre-nerf Shot Package? No… Replace Bouncer with something that restores melee energy after each kill? Melee and grenade? Change the RoF/Impact to higher impact. (Like the "The Next Big Thing" or "Hakke Strongbow-D")

3 RepliesBoth Imobius and the Susano (the warlock fusion rifles) were dismantled when I got them. They're simply not useful on the same level as the still piercer. Both ware quite crappy IMO. The Susano is crappy mainly because its weapon type is crappy. Immobius just simply does not have enough to offer me to incentivize me to use it. Its a low impact shotgun, no full auto, no range, and its only good if used inside a bubble.

5 RepliesAnd that's is what I like. Class exculsives should be class exculsive. Susanoo, tlaloc, fabian stratagy, ace of spades, and stillpiercer are not class excusives, just legendaries with special perks. Immobius is a great example of what class specific exotics should be.

11 RepliesWhile I agree that it is very specific, if you combine Immobius with Helm of Saint-14 you are untouchable in PVE, especially the King's Fall Raid! Try it out in the Warpriest fight!

True, idk why it requires that you NEED the armor of light perk, why can't it just be in ward of dawn in general?

The perk should just be kills inside ward of dawn dont use ammo.

The issue with this whole thing is that there's really a few best guns of each type, which renders all of the rest useless. In the case of shotguns, there should only be one. The only shotgun you should be using is Party Crasher for every scenario. Unlike scouts and pulse rifles, it's hard to balance multiple shotguns because there's no variety in how you kill someone. You're always going to 1 shot, be in melee range, and so you want as much impact and range as possible. Period. Guns like scout rifles have a few different ways you can play like high rate of fire or high impact, plus stability and range comes into play a lot, making there be 2-3 top guns for scouts. Your titan shotgun will only ever be the only shotgun to use, or simply the one you shouldn't be using, because there doesn't exist that kind of variety with that gun type. If anything, they should bring party crasher and the other shotgun's base stats down to immobius's levels.

1 ReplyThe Susanoo is garbage just since Fusion Rifles suck. I have not used my Susanoo in months. I use my Immobius as my primary Titan shotty typically. Still works like my Patch A shotty's and hey, if I use it in a bubble, so be it. I don't mind it.

I use immobius, not for the perk, and its still epic, try it out normally

I dismantled mine almost as soon as I got it. The perk is just too damned specific to make it worth while. I kinda wished I had kept it just for the sake of collecting. Too bad there isn't a vault for quest specific legendary gear. Hint hint COZMO hint hint

It needs a boost in damage and should be able to be used in any ward of dawn

I use it on my striker, not sure what I would do without it.

You also have to get a kill for the ammo to refund, mostly effects pve but still, another requirement

Agreed. Well, I say that you should have any ward of dawn active and should be able to stand next to it and still get the buff.

Then buff the legendary warlock fusion rifle they get. Its way to situational and doesnt have an interesting perk that I could do without much thought. Its just another fusion rifle that's actually pretty bad
